Susan R. Edginton is the program coordinator of the University of Northern Iowa's Camp Adventure Youth Services program, the most popular contracted youth services available to the U.S. Armed Forces.

Edginton has coauthored or been a contributing author of texts on leisure programming and leadership, and has authored articles in a number of professional journals and magazines.
