Bookstore Returns

If you represent a book store and would like to request a return authorization, please  follow the procedure here.

Individual Purchase Returns

Please contact us for more information regarding item returns.

  • All items must be in NEW condition. Books must be returned in their original unopened shrink-wrap.
  • eBooks and eTexts are not refundable.
  • You must contact us within 15 days of the invoice date to request a return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.

Instructions for Online Material Access

Steps to redeem access code from print book if you DO NOT currently have a Sagamore-Venture account

  • Create an account with Sagamore-Venture
  • Complete and submit the form
  • On your My Account page, click the 'Access Codes' tab
  • Scroll down to 'Register My Materials Codes' and enter the code from the book
  • Click on the 'My Materials' tab to access all additional materials provided with your book purchase

  • Log in to your account
  • On your My Account page. Click the 'Access Codes' tab
  • Scroll down to 'Register My Materials Codes' and enter the code from the book
  • Click on the 'My Materials' tab to access all additional materials provided with your book purchase
