Tara Delong - Author

Tara Delong, MS, CTRS, CHES is a Professor of Recreational Therapy in the Department of Recreation Management and Therapeutic Recreation at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She is dually certified as a recreational therapist and a health education specialist with 25-years of clinical practice experience in behavioral health.   

Tara lives in La Crosse, WI with her partner Willem. Her leisure goals include awe walks, gardening, and minute vacations.
