Dr. Baker earned a Ph.D. at the University of Florida , a J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi.
He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and has practiced law in Louisiana with a specialization in commercial litigation.
