Timothy J. Hoffman, MPA, is the director of the Center for Community Research and Engagement at Seton Hall University. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Affairs at Seton Hall University, where he teaches courses in public administration, nonprofit management, and United States politics.
