Codes of Ethics and Codes of Conduct in Sport Management is designed to serve as a supplement to college courses in sport management by addressing two important topics: codes of ethics and codes of conduct.  Equipped with a working knowledge of both, students will be better prepared not just to fulfill their obligations to their employers and to their profession, but to do so with a commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct in the workplace and ethical decision-making within the profession.  The codes of ethics highlight the standards, ideals, principles, and values of sport management.  The content includes an introduction to ethical behavior as well as a full explanation of why sport management students should study ethics, ethical codes, and ethical conduct.  There is a chapter devoted to hypothetical ethical cases for students to practice ethical decision-making, and there is a chapter devoted to learning activities.
